What is Bring Kids Back UA?
An official task force under the leadership of the Ukrainian Presidency, bringing together lawyers, human rights experts, and diplomats to:
Return Ukrainian children who have been deported or displaced by Russia.
Strengthen international law so that such crimes can never happen again, anywhere.
Abductions and Deportations
19,546 children have been identified as illegally deported to Russia or occupied territories. Russia claims to have taken in 705,000 Ukrainian children, though this number likely includes minors legally accompanied. Only 388 children have been returned to Ukraine as of today.
